What we're building
Awesome Prague is a growing, independent guide to the city — sights, neighbourhoods, day trips, food and the practical logistics of getting here and getting around. We started small on purpose and are adding more every week: 38 guides live today across 6 departments, aiming to eventually cover the city in real depth across many languages.
How we write
Every guide on this site is written to be read by a person planning an actual trip, not to hit a keyword count. That means:
- We avoid quoting specific prices and opening hours where we can help it, because they change and stale numbers do more harm than good — we point you to check the official current details instead.
- We say when something is a tourist trap, not just when it's a highlight.
- We organise the site by what a visitor is trying to do (plan, see, eat, stay) rather than by whatever ranks best.
Starting small, on purpose
Rather than launch with a thousand thin pages, we're publishing a small number of thorough guides at a time and building outward from there — new guides added at least weekly, often two or three times a week. See what's new for the latest.
